Queen of The Forest

This character is from Georgian Mythology. I wanted to share something related to my country's mythology. Which is pretty old and ancient. This character is called ტყაშმაფა. I can't really translate her name but she was the queen of the forest. She had long golden white hair and was beyond beautiful. She lured and seduced hunters. And if any of them revealed her secret she would kill them or turned them into stone. Curse their families. So she was pretty dangerous woman 😅 the legend says if you meet her you should not talk to her otherwise she will make you lose your mind and probably kill you. I did this illustration for Natalie Davitashvilis upcoming novel "And there arose the array of the fiends" the novel is in Georgian and its based on the Georgian Myths.
